"I was so nervous for my first ever ob visit and delayed it as much as I can. And when I really needed it I presented to office feeling very nervous, and didn’t want to do the exam. Dr. Sadaf took the time to calm me down, she explained everything to me in a very clear manner which helped to reduce my anxiety.

Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care."

"Dr. Sadaf is an excellent doctor, she has an amazing personality that you can immediately connect with. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen and explain things.

She gave me some tips and exercise to practice at home that can help with the problem I had, if it wasn’t for Dr. Sadaf following up and treating me with at home care. I would’ve had to undergo surgery. She is attentive and super caring."

"My mom was very fortunate to have seen Dr. Sadaf during her visit to NY, while she was experiencing unexpected abnormal bleeding. I cannot emphasize how lucky she was to be in the hands of Dr. Sadaf, whose experience and knowledge in the field of ObGyn are unbelievable.
She knew exactly what was wrong with my mom and made the right call right on the spot. The diagnosis she made precisely matched the biopsy results released later, which allowed her to proceed to the next step of her treatment more quickly. Not only had Dr. Sadaf confidently guided my mom to the right treatment plan, but she also showed great compassion and empathy when caring for her. She understood how much anxiety we had, and relayed the test results as soon as they came out to alleviate our fears.
Thanks to Dr. Sadaf, my mom is cancer-free, and we are so grateful for it.

"Dr. Sadaf is not only an exceptionally knowledgeable and informed physician, but she's also a wonderful person! Kind, caring, and committed to her patients' health and well-being, there's nothing that I could not discuss with her as her patient (and friend!) Her unique, up-to-date, yet practical, approach to women's medicine is exactly what we need right now."

My background and philosophy

Caring for my patients inside and out is an intrinsic part of who I am as a physician and sexual counselor.

As a Muslim woman who is a friend, wife, and working mother, I have first-hand experience with the impact of cultural expectations and the emotional stress that can come with it.

I would like to share my extensive medical knowledge, distinctive cultural background, and compassionate approach as I guide you through your journey to self-discovery and sexual empowerment.

I firmly believe that all women have the potential to unleash the sexual goddess within and to achieve sexual expression and intimacy on their own terms.

My education and experience

I graduated from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors and acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.

I subsequently attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating and acquiring my Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000.

I completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph Mercy in Pontiac, Michigan, then relocated to New York after getting married.

I quickly established my medical career and divided my time between providing gynecologic and obstetric care for patients at busy private practices, hospitals, and a community clinic that served underprivileged women and adolescents.

Over the years, I have diagnosed and treated both common and complex gynecological conditions, performed routine surgical procedures, provided reproductive wellness and preventative care including sexual health and infertility counseling, and helped my pregnant patients safely deliver their babies in a supportive and nurturing environment.
